Return Policy – Standing Stone Supply

Condition of Items

  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged factory packaging when applicable.

  • Items received in used, dirty, damaged, or incomplete condition will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Unauthorized returns or returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

  • All returns require prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Orders sent back without authorization will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Treats and edible items (due to safety and health regulations).

  • Clearance, discontinued, or “final sale” items.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, along with photos of the damage or defect.

  • If damage occurred during shipping, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Restocking Fees

  • Returns not due to an error on our part or product defect may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Fees & Liability

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Standing Stone Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged return packages. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

  • Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account.

  • Items purchased on sale that qualify for return will be refunded at the sale price paid at the time of purchase.

Proof of Purchase Required

  • All returns must include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).

How to Start a Return

  1. Complete the return request form on our contact page:

  2. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.

  3. Ship your return to the address provided, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
