Return Policy

  1. All items must be in their original condition with all parts and accessories. All items must be in new, unused condition with unopened or undamaged factory packaging when applicable.

  2. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the order. Shipping fees are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back. (Standing Stone Supply will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages. Please file a claim with the carrier chosen for the return shipment.)

  3. Customized items do not qualify for return or exchange.

  4. Treats do not qualify for return or exchange for safety and health precautions.

  5. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment after the return has been received and reviewed. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be posted to your account.

  6. Goods purchased on sale that qualifies for return or exchange will be refunded at the sale price at which they were purchased.

  7. Orders will not be processed for return without prior authorization.

  8. Proof of Purchase is required.
